Quality Warranty:

We can supply assembly spare parts with every machine and guarantee their normal working for al least 18 months.

After Sale service:
We can provide online consultations about all products we are selling for free.  We can appoint our engineer for you to mend or change your machine if it is still in the guaranteed time.

Spare parts changing:
For easily damaged spare parts, we can change them for you for free and the fare will be offered according to the agreement.

Changes and Returns
Returned purchase under the following conditions:
) there are quality problems after opening the package.
) products are not according to that on the order list.
) there are obvious design flaws on the products.
) products are damaged to be useless during the transportation.
) products can not be used out of designing problems.

Returned purchase are invalid under the following conditions:
) products can still be used  though there are little damage during transportation.
) with no returned purchase requirement 7days after customer has received the products.
) returned purchase because color difference and bad package( with on effect to usage and effects.
) returned purchase under no conditions.

Notice:
) returned products can only be changed with the same style, if lack of stock, then with the same value products.
) returned products should be guaranteed without damage by men and in the original package.
) please provide the following information when returning the products: products name or code, the problems, your order record.
) fare should be shoulder half to half by both sides.
Returning procedure:
If you find the serious problem in 7days after receiving the products, you can contact with our customer representative ,We will help to solve your problem within 2 days working time.
